It was here that Monk expanded to mainland Estonia for the very first time, making Jõhvi an important milestone in the development of the entire brand.

Monk Jõhvi laid the foundation for expansion across Ida-Viru County, from where Monk continued to grow into other regions. Over the years, the restaurant has become a beloved meeting place where rich flavours, high-quality ingredients, and warm, welcoming service come together.
